Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting systems with precision
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and payroll processing
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Oversee sales tax filings and compliance documentation
- Implement internal controls and process improvements
- Collaborate with CPAs during audits and tax season
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Excel
- Proven track record with multi-entity accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Professional certification (QB ProAdvisor, AIPB) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
