Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Oversee monthly/quarterly bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- Process multi-state payroll for 50+ employees using ADP/Gusto
- Prepare sales tax filings and ensure IRS compliance
- Maintain detailed fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Implement process improvements in QuickBooks Online
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification a plus
- Expertise in multi-state payroll and tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
