Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process monthly payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Handle accounts payable/reconciliation and bank account reconciliations
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and year-end closing processes
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Support audit processes and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with multi-entity bookkeeping and intercompany reconciliations
- CPA or Certified Bookkeeper certification highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
- Ability to meet monthly deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
