Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor/client communications
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets) for client reviews
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with CPA firms during audit cycles
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel for reporting
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
