Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Process payroll and maintain compliance with AZ labor regulations
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation
- Implement financial controls to prevent fraud and errors
- Train junior staff on accounting procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and accounting software
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and AZ tax regulations
- Proven track record of multi-client management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
