Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse clients across various industries
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment portfolios with 99.9% accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and implement efficiency improvements
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel to maintain organized financial records
- Collaborate with CPAs during tax season and provide supporting documentation
- Develop custom financial reports to guide client business decisions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven reconciliation accuracy
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing a plus
