Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts for 15+ clients
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99.8% accuracy rate
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage sales tax filings and payroll processing for multiple entities
- Implement QuickBooks optimization strategies for diverse industries
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Maintain digital filing systems with SOX compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
- CPA or QuickBooks certification strongly preferred
- Experience with multi-state sales tax regulations
