Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/FASB
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage client relationships and financial reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Enterprise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of California tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multi-state operations
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
