Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Assist with annual audits and tax preparations
- Implement QuickBooks optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with GAAP and Florida tax regulations
- Proven experience with multi-entity bookkeeping
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
