Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero and QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank accounts and prepare monthly financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Assist with VAT returns and quarterly tax filings
- Support audit preparations and compliance documentation
- Develop financial reporting dashboards for client reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel
- AAT Level 3/4 or equivalent qualification required
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP and HMRC regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
