Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ diverse client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements with detailed variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll integration
- Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain organized digital record systems
- Collaborate with tax professionals for quarterly/annual filings
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Online Advanced
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- CPA certification or equivalent accounting degree preferred
- Proven track record of reconciling complex accounts
- Advanced knowledge of Texas sales tax regulations
