- Collaborate with clinical departments to ensure accurate CPT/ICD-10 coding compliance
- Implement process improvements to reduce claim rejection rates by 15%
- Train staff on new billing technologies and regulatory changes
- Conduct quarterly audits for HIPAA and CMS compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Expertise in Epic or NextGen EHR systems and Clearinghouse platforms
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credentials required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Deep understanding of HIPAA, EOBs, and UB-04 forms
- Proven track record of reducing DSO by 20%+
- Experience with RCM optimization in SaaS healthcare environments
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with 95% first-pass claim rate
