- Train junior staff on billing systems and regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or equivalent credential required
- Advanced proficiency in Epic Resolute or similar EHR billing modules
- Deep knowledge of CMS guidelines and HIPAA compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue cycle management
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
