Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles for 500+ corporate clients
- Reconcile complex accounts receivable discrepancies with precision
- Develop and implement automated billing workflows using SAP
- Lead month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve contract billing ambiguities
- Train junior staff on billing compliance procedures
- Analyze aging reports to optimize cash flow strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Expert proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Demonstrated success in high-volume transaction processing
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition standards
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
