Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a hospital setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential required
- Expertise in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems
- Proficient with Epic EMR and NextGen billing software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement guidelines
