Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex medical billing claims for 500+ provider network
- Optimize revenue cycle management through AR follow-up and denial resolution
- Collaborate with insurance payers to resolve billing discrepancies
- Train junior staff on billing systems and compliance protocols
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive review
- Implement process improvements using Epic and Cerner EMR systems
- Ensure HIPAA/GRC compliance in all billing operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial insurance
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credential required
- Advanced proficiency in Epic Resolute and Cerner billing modules
- Expert knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding and CMS guidelines
- Strong analytical skills with high-volume transaction handling
- Experience with RCM analytics tools like Change Healthcare
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance
