Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for enterprise clients
- Reconcile complex accounts receivable discrepancies
- Analyze billing data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract terms and billing compliance
- Develop and maintain billing documentation and SOPs
- Lead month-end closing procedures for revenue recognition
- Train junior staff on billing system protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite or SAP billing modules
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PivotTable expertise
- Strong understanding of GAAP revenue recognition principles
- Experience in energy or SaaS industry highly desirable
- Ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
