- Manage end-to-end billing processes for diverse client portfolios
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and account reconciliations
- Optimize charge entry and claims submission workflows
- Collaborate with insurance providers for timely reimbursement
- Generate detailed financial reports and analytics
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Train junior staff on billing systems and protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years in medical or corporate billing experience
- Expertise in Epic, Medisoft, or comparable billing software
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- Proven track record in reducing AR days outstanding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
