- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and payment delays through proactive communication

- Maintain compliance with healthcare billing regulations and company policies

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Proficiency in Epic, Meditech, or similar billing software
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent preferred
- Expert knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding and CMS guidelines
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table and VLOOKUP capabilities
