- Train junior billing staff on updated CPT/ICD-10 coding protocols
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with commercial insurance carriers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expertise in Epic Resolute RCM and Denial Management modules
- Advanced knowledge of EOB analysis and claim resubmission processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with pivot table experience
