- Resolve complex insurance denials and appeals within 48 hours

- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure charge capture integrity
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and audit-ready documentation
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and system navigation
- Prepare monthly revenue cycle performance reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial insurance
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credential required
- Expertise in Epic EMR and NextGen billing systems
