- Manage complex medical billing cycles for multi-specialty practice
- Resolve insurance claim denials and A/R discrepancies within 48 hours
- Implement CPT/ICD-10 coding compliance protocols
- Conduct monthly billing audits and variance analysis
- Train staff on billing system updates and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with patient accounts team on payment plan optimization
- Generate monthly revenue cycle performance reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial insurance
- Expertise in Epic Resolute or similar EHR billing modules
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) designation required
- Advanced knowledge of Oregon Medicaid and OHP guidelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with VLOOKUP/pivot table skills
- Proven track record of reducing DSO by 15%+
- Experience with charge master maintenance and fee schedule updates
