- Analyze billing data for revenue optimization and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
- Generate monthly billing reports for executive review
- Train junior staff on billing systems and procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of specialized billing experience in B2B or SaaS environments
- Expertise in NetSuite, Salesforce CPQ, or similar billing platforms
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros
- Proven ability to handle high-volume transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition standards
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
