Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for enterprise clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and account reconciliations with 99.5% accuracy
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve revenue recognition challenges
- Analyze billing data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and maintain billing documentation and SOPs for compliance
- Lead month-end closing activities for billing modules
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite or Oracle billing modules
- Certified Billing and Revenue Management (CBRM) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora billing platforms
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
