Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for diverse client portfolios
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and account reconciliations
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure contract accuracy
- Generate monthly revenue reports and KPI dashboards
- Optimize billing workflows to reduce DSO by 15% quarterly
- Implement new billing technologies and process improvements
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume billing experience in B2B SaaS or finance
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite or comparable ERP billing modules
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proven ability to resolve $10K+ billing disputes
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and revenue recognition standards
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance for SaaS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
