Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver personalized financial solutions to 30+ customers daily through consultative selling
- Resolve complex account inquiries and disputes with empathy and efficiency
- Execute cross-sell initiatives for CDs, loans, and digital banking solutions
- Maintain $500K+ cash drawer balance with daily reconciliation
- Train junior tellers on compliance protocols and service standards
- Participate in quarterly branch audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years cash handling experience in financial services
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship building
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred (required within 6 months)
- Advanced knowledge of Reg CC, EFTA, and BSA compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Associate's degree in Finance or related field preferred
