Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cash transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized financial consultations and product recommendations
- Lead teller team operations during peak hours and mentor junior staff on service excellence
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products and services
- Resolve complex client inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Maintain detailed transaction records and reconcile daily cash balances
- Participate in quarterly branch performance reviews and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of high-volume teller experience in premium banking environments
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and referral goals
- Advanced knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA/AML) and compliance procedures
- Exceptional mathematical aptitude and attention to detail in cash handling
- Strong bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish or Mandarin) preferred
- Proficiency in core banking systems and digital channel support
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
