Responsibilities
- Process complex financial transactions with 100% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and currency exchanges
- Deliver personalized financial consultations to clients regarding account options, credit products, and digital banking solutions
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes with exceptional service standards while maintaining regulatory compliance
- Actively cross-sell banking products and services to meet monthly sales targets
- Train junior tellers on operational procedures and customer service excellence
- Monitor cash flow and prepare daily reconciliation reports
- Uphold stringent security protocols and anti-fraud measures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of banking or cash handling experience with proven sales performance
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to communicate in multiple languages (Spanish/French a plus)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and outstanding customer service demeanor
- Valid Louisiana state banking license
