Responsibilities
- Process complex financial transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining strict security protocols
- Build deep client relationships through personalized financial consultations and product education
- Lead branch operations by training junior staff and resolving escalated customer inquiries
- Drive digital adoption by assisting clients with mobile banking and online platforms
- Meet/exceed sales targets for deposit accounts, loans, and wealth management solutions
- Maintain pristine branch appearance and operational excellence standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven bank teller experience with cash handling expertise
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 license preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex financial inquiries
- Proven sales track record with cross-selling financial products
- Advanced knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA, AML)
- Proficient in core banking systems and digital banking platforms
- Valid California driver's license and clean background check required
