Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cash transactions with precision while maintaining $0 discrepancy accountability
- Deliver premium client experiences through personalized financial guidance and product recommendations
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for premium banking services and investment products
- Enforce strict compliance protocols including BSA/AML regulations and fraud prevention measures
- Train and mentor junior tellers on operational excellence and client engagement strategies
- Collaborate with wealth management team to facilitate high-net-worth client onboarding
- Optimize branch operations through digital channel integration and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume teller experience with premium banking institutions
- Proven track record in exceeding sales goals for financial products/services
- Advanced knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, fraud detection, and compliance protocols
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with high-net-worth clientele
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry) and digital banking platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Series 6 or 7 securities license a significant plus
