Responsibilities
- Execute complex financial transactions including wire transfers, foreign currency exchanges, and merchant services
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clientele through personalized service
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products and investment services
- Lead teller operations team during peak hours and mentor junior staff
- Implement advanced fraud detection protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
- Contribute to branch performance metrics through service quality and referral targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume banking experience with proven sales track record
- Advanced knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA, AML)
- Expertise in core banking platforms (e.g., Fiserv, FIS) and digital channels
- Professional certification (CRCM, CAMS, or AIB) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with high-pressure situations
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
