Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate financial products
- Maintain strict cash drawer compliance and perform daily reconciliation procedures
- Resolve complex account inquiries and escalate sensitive issues to branch management
- Train new tellers on compliance protocols and operational best practices
- Support branch initiatives by cross-selling credit cards, loans, and investment products
- Implement anti-fraud measures and adhere to BSA/AML regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in retail banking or customer service role
- Proven cash handling accuracy with minimal discrepancies
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Proficiency in banking software (Fiserv, Jack Henry, or equivalent)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Associate's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing (100+ daily)
