Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with precision and accuracy
- Build trust through personalized financial consultations
- Resolve complex account issues using advanced banking systems
- Cross-sell banking products to meet client needs
- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA and banking regulations
- Train junior tellers on operational procedures
- Contribute to branch performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of cash handling experience in banking
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- BS in Finance or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication in English and Spanish
