Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized financial consultations and product recommendations
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for premium banking products (loans, investments, credit cards)
- Resolve complex client inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Maintain meticulous records using Fiserv core banking system
- Train junior tellers on operational procedures and customer service excellence
- Contribute to branch growth by participating in community outreach events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in retail banking with proven transaction volume
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Advanced knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and fraud prevention protocols
- Exceptional cash handling skills with zero discrepancies in prior audits
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in financial products
- Associate's degree in Finance or Business required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent credit history and background check clearance
