Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding accounts, fraud, and digital banking
- Cross-sell financial products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) to meet monthly targets
- Maintain $500K+ cash drawer compliance with daily audits
- Train junior tellers on branch procedures and compliance protocols
- Partner with Wealth Management team to refer high-net-worth clients
- Participate in quarterly community outreach events
Qualifications
- 2+ years of cash handling experience in financial services
- FINRA Series 6 or 63 certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in core banking systems (Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Proven ability to maintain 100% compliance with Reg E, BSA, and CIP regulations
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with documented customer satisfaction scores
- Associate's degree in Finance/Business or equivalent experience
- Spanish language fluency (highly valued in Nashville's diverse market)
