Responsibilities
- Process complex transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining cash drawer compliance
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Resolve escalated customer issues with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Cross-sell bank products including loans, credit cards, and investment options
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance (BANK SEC, AML protocols)
- Train junior tellers on new banking technologies and procedures
- Contribute to branch performance goals through targeted sales activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial banking experience with cash handling expertise
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ohio Notary Public certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Excellent communication skills with diverse client populations
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Associates degree in Finance or related field preferred
