Responsibilities
- Process high-volume cash transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized financial consultations
- Identify and cross-sell premium banking products including investment accounts and credit services
- Resolve complex client inquiries with empathy and problem-solving expertise
- Operate advanced banking technology including digital currency exchanges and international wire transfers
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions and regulatory documentation
- Train junior tellers on operational procedures and customer service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume banking experience with transactional expertise
- Proven track record in sales and financial product recommendations
- Advanced knowledge of FINRA regulations and BSA/AML compliance standards
- Exceptional mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in banking software systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong bilingual skills in English and Mandarin or Spanish preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required
- Professional certification (CRCM or CAMS) highly desirable
