Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and disputes
- Proactively cross-sell banking products (loans, credit cards)
- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA/SEC regulations
- Train junior tellers on new procedures
- Balance cash drawers and daily reconciliation
- Participate in quarterly branch audits
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail banking experience
- FINRA Series 6/63 securities license preferred
- Proven cash handling expertise with <0.1% variance
- Fluent in English/Spanish (bilingual required)
- Advanced knowledge of AML/BSA regulations
- Proficient in Fiserv core banking systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Valid Florida Notary Public certification
