Responsibilities
- Process complex financial transactions including wire transfers, foreign currency exchanges, and merchant services
- Build and maintain high-net-worth client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Lead branch operations during manager absence
- Train new tellers on compliance protocols and service standards
- Resolve escalated customer issues with empathy and professionalism
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products
- Maintain 100% audit compliance in cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in retail banking with proven transaction volume
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Advanced knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and OFAC compliance
- Exceptional cash management skills with zero discrepancies
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
- Proficiency in core banking systems (Fiserv, FIS, or similar)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Associate's degree in Finance or related field
