Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.5% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalate high-value issues to relationship managers
- Proactively cross-sell bank products based on customer financial profiles
- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA regulations and bank security protocols
- Train new tellers on cash handling procedures and customer service standards
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies daily
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in financial services
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred
- Proven ability to exceed monthly sales targets (15%+ cross-sell rate)
- Advanced knowledge of banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with documented positive customer feedback
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15 lbs cash boxes
