Responsibilities
- Process complex financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers with 100% accuracy
- Identify and cross-sell banking products (loans, credit cards, investment accounts) to meet client needs
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes promptly while maintaining service excellence standards
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to strict audit procedures
- Train new tellers on branch operations and compliance protocols
- Participate in community outreach programs to enhance bank visibility
- Contribute to branch security protocols and fraud prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in a financial services environment
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure
- Valid Indiana Notary Public commission preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Successful completion of background check and credit review
