Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.5% accuracy, including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products (loans, credit cards, accounts)
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented mindset
- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA/SEC regulations and anti-money laundering protocols
- Train and mentor junior tellers on operational procedures and customer service excellence
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies within established timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in financial services
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets in customer-facing roles
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Associate's degree in Finance or Business preferred
