Responsibilities
- Process complex transactions including wire transfers, foreign currency exchanges, and loan payments
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for deposit products, loans, and investment services
- Maintain precise cash vault reconciliation and audit compliance
- Lead teller team training on new digital banking platforms and regulatory updates
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Execute branch-specific outreach programs for small business financial literacy
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in financial services
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets for banking products
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Advanced proficiency in core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong aptitude for fraud detection and regulatory compliance (BSA/AML)
- Excellent communication skills with diverse community demographics
- Ability to work flexible weekends during peak transaction periods
