- Resolve escalated customer disputes with diplomacy
- Conduct daily cash audits and reconciliation reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume banking experience
- Proven track record in cash handling exceeding $500K daily
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of BSA/AML regulations
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, FIS)
- Spanish fluency required for diverse clientele
