Responsibilities
- Process complex transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes with empathy and efficiency
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict adherence to compliance protocols
- Train and mentor junior tellers on operational procedures
- Contribute to branch performance goals through service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in financial services
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship building
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, Reg E, BSA)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
