Responsibilities
- Process complex financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers with 99.9% accuracy
- Build and maintain deep client relationships through personalized financial consultations
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for wealth management and credit products
- Resolve escalated customer issues with empathy and problem-solving expertise
- Train junior tellers on new technologies and compliance procedures
- Contribute to branch growth initiatives through community outreach
- Maintain strict adherence to BSA/AML and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in retail banking or financial services
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Advanced proficiency in core banking platforms (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Exceptional cash handling and balancing skills
- Strong Spanish language fluency for diverse clientele
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
