Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.5% accuracy while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products (credit cards, loans, investments)
- Resolve complex customer inquiries using our CRM system and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Train junior staff on new banking technologies and operational procedures
- Conduct branch audits and implement fraud prevention protocols
- Lead community outreach events promoting financial literacy programs
- Maintain branch cleanliness and operational readiness during peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail banking experience with proven transaction volume
- Series 6 and/or 63 securities license preferred
- Proficiency in Fiserv core banking system and digital platforms
- BA in Finance/Business or equivalent certification (CAMS, CRCM)
- Spanish bilingual certification required for diverse clientele
- Advanced knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and OFAC compliance
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with documented customer satisfaction metrics
