Responsibilities
- Process complex financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and currency exchanges
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial consultations
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fraud prevention, and digital banking tools
- Execute accurate cash management procedures and ATM replenishment
- Collaborate with commercial banking team to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain compliance with federal banking regulations and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in retail banking or customer service role
- Proven expertise in cash handling and transaction reconciliation
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Fiserv or Core Banking Systems
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
