Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and model serving architectures optimized for high-throughput environments.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks into our core product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and drive innovation in 2026-ready technologies.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization using advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI governance across all deployed models.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in Machine Learning or AI architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience building and deploying LLMs, fine-tuning models, and managing vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
