Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and 3-way matching within SLAs
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage vendor relationships and payment terms negotiation
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite ERP
- Conduct month-end closing and AP reporting
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls adherence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience with NetSuite
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table expertise
- Proven track record in process optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- AP certification (CAPP) preferred
